InLead's LIFT Leadership Training
Leadership in the Real World
About LIFT
InLead has many training programs, but LIFT is designed specifically for those desiring
professional leadership advancement. LIFT training can be used for those in leadership roles or those with aspiring leadership goals. It is ideal for staff whose positions as dorm/residential leaders, governance and other areas that require skills for guiding and directing others. It provides advance training for communication with those that you lead as well as those that you report to. LIFT provides insights for consideration in decision making and critical thinking in problem solving. As with the featured Basics: Skills for Life curriculum/program, LIFT has group work activities and a facilitator guide for support.
LIFT has a total of 8 levels of leadership training topics. Based on the program participants and how much they contribute to the activities, the training program can range from two to five days, from four to seven hours per day.
